Our rooms are located right in the center on La Spezia, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, train station is super close by, but parking for cars or bikes are not available at our property and the street in front of our affittacamere is for residents ONLY.
So, here is some information on where to park at La Spezia, especially useful on summer months.
General guide lines to street parking:
- Blue lines: paid street parking
- Yellow lines: only for residents with a special permit
- White lines: free
CENTRO STAZIONE PARK (550 METERS FROM US)
Under La Spezia Centrale (main train station) where all trains go to Cinque Terre daily. You can find another parking places available at the website.

According to their website it should be around 20/22 euros per 24h hours. Charged hourly.
EUROPA PARK (1.2 KM FROM US)
